- Caroline K joined Bowak in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative and has since advanced to the role of Finance and Service Executive. She supports Bowak’s growth by handling administrative tasks for the operational side of the business and participating in ISO accreditations. Caroline has witnessed significant changes, including the team doubling in size, and loves seeing the company's progress. She is proud to work at Bowak, a family-run and generous business. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her grandchildren.li>
